Hearts on Display, Internet Safety, and Summer Rides with Long Beach Transit

Stephanie, Owner & Resident Manager of Envy Beauty Studio

Hearts Across Long Beach

Check out those hearts! Thanks to Stephanie, Owner and Resident Manager of Envy Beauty Studio for offering these hearts a home in her salon. Envy Beauty Studio is an eco-friendly beauty salon located in the East Village Arts District and these hearts were created by the LGBTQ Seniors at the Center in Long Beach.

The hearts created by Hearts Across Long Beach participants will be displayed in local businesses throughout Long Beach. Stay tuned to see where in the community the hearts are displayed and if you are a local business owner and would like a heart exhibit in your store, please email us at info@rpna.org.

Internet Safety

The best tool to prevent Internet crimes against children is education. If you’re looking for ways to educate yourself, your children, co-workers, teachers, etc., the Long Beach Police Department has compiled videos and resources that offer a variety of tools for learning and teaching how to safely use the Internet. Register for this virtual event at www.icactaskforce.org
