LiBRE – Long Beach Residents Empowered, a local housing advocacy organization developed a survey that will be used to inform policy and accurately describe the housing situation our residents are experiencing. Unfortunately, renters are seldom asked about their circumstances. Rose Park Neighborhood has already seen the approval by the Cultural Heritage Commission of Accessory Dwelling Units (under the State regulation), the first in a historic district in the city (Rose Park South has two approved COA’s).
