We are also thrilled to announce the generous donation of $5,000 from an anonymous donor. This amazing donation will support the continuation of the Safe Refuge mural project on the corner of 7th and Obispo (pictured below). This collaborative project will begin in October and will be facilitated by Roses for Rose Park Artist Cody Lusby, ArtWorksLBC Artist Dawn Mendelson and the Safe Refuge team. Safe Refuge, our neighborhood nonprofit, offers a complete continuum of care: from residential to outpatient drug and alcohol treatment.
