Rose Park Neighborhood Association delivered 88 holiday gift bags to Safe Refuge residents on E7th Street. ‘For over 36 years, Safe Refuge has offered a complete continuum of care: from residential to outpatient drug and alcohol treatment. Safe Refuge assists a wide range of underserved clients with a full spectrum of programs designed to help them rebuild their lives and move them to self-sufficiency.’ Learn more HERE.
