A Look Back at ArtWorksLBC in 2024

ArtWorksLBC is a community benefit project of Rose Park Neighborhood Association, created to foster community engagement through the use and application of art. ArtWorksLBC Director and Mosaic Artist, Dawn Mendelson leads the community workshops which include: Art programs for kids and adults in Rose Park on 8th and Orizaba, holiday workshops, art projects with LBUSD students and staff, The Parking Lot: Art Session & Skate Jam event at Revive on E7th Street, and the revitalization of neighborhood spaces with Roses for Rose Park Artist, Cody Lusby.
