BE ON THE BOULEVARD TODAY!

When boulevards were constructed, they were places for residents to shop and meet with others. TODAY, Saturday, August 14 from 9am to 12pm, we invite YOU to experience your neighborhood space, connect yourself to the people that live, work and play in the places we depend on. Stroll the boulevard between Junipero and Cherry on E7th Street to stop, shop and meet neighborhood volunteers who will be out painting roses for participating businesses.

Rose Park Resident and Artist Cody Lusby talks to volunteers about painting roses for participating businesses along E7th Street.

Be sure to stop by the Friendship Corner located on the SW corner of Dawson Avenue and E7th to enjoy the vibrant placemaking of this public space! We have fantastic giveaways for individuals and families who fill out a Rose Park survey!!! Email info@rpna.org for more information.

Rose Park Neighborhood volunteers design vibrant placemaking elements to add to the Friendship Corner located at the SW corner of Dawson Avenue and E7th Street.

This interactive action allows for increased and improved relationships among individual shop and business owners and the residents within walking distance.
