Preservation and Improvement – October
Oct. 8th – the Cultural Heritage Commission will host a study session on Accessory Dwelling Units in Long Beach’s Historic Districts. If you are considering building one in Rose Park or Rose Park South. This would be a good session to attend.
The Study Session is intended to give the Commission and public a general idea of ADU requirements, how they fit into historic districts, and how other cities process them. There’s no action being taken by the Commission, this is just information session and discussion, but as district leadership your input is important.
