The Safe Refuge Mural is a neighborhood effort awarded to Rose Park Neighborhood Association, and with the support and partnership of Artist and Rose Park Resident Cody Lusby. This revitalization effort is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to support approved programs and projects within CDBG eligible neighborhoods. These funds assist a variety of public service projects focused on one or more of the following: blight reduction, financial or employment training, crime awareness, fair housing, health services, and/or mental health services in CDBG-eligible areas to improve neighborhood conditions and revitalization efforts.
