VOLUNTEER IN ROSE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD
Rose Park Neighborhood Association is looking for volunteers to help with neighborhood initiatives coming up in the next few months. Please send an email to info@rpna.org OR message us on Instagram @RoseParkLB to volunteer.
Opportunities include:
Vaccination Clinic at St. Matthews Church on Sunday, February 20th from 9-2 (we would like volunteers to sign up for 2 hour slots)
Vaccination Clinic at St. Matthews Church on Tuesday, March 15th from 2-5 (we would like volunteers to sign up for 2 hour slots)
Alleyway Improvement Project & Neighborhood Clean Up – February / March
Mom’s for a Beautiful 10th Street – part of the Safe Streets Initiative – March
Painting and mosaic installation at E7th Street & Dawson Avenue – March
Neighborhood Social & Voter Registration – April
ArtWorksLBC Hearts Across Long Beach – participants are given mosaic heart kits to create at home and return to be part of a large community exhibit. ArtWorksLBC offers multiple art wellness projects throughout the year. Neighbors meet every Thursday at Rose Park. Email for details at info@rpna.org.
